Her time outside of property management is devoted to the enriching moments spent with friends and family. Whether exploring nature trails on hikes or embarking on journeys to new destinations, travel remains a passion that fuels her spirit and broadens her horizons. These moments of exploration not only rejuvenate her mind but also provide valuable insights that contribute to the continual improvement of the guest experience.
As the Director of Property Management, Annie brings her expertise and passion for hospitality to every aspect of her role. She is responsible for overseeing all communication and reservations, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless from the moment they inquire to the end of their stay.
Annie manages guest inquiries, coordinates bookings, and handles all aspects of scheduling to ensure properties are well-prepared for each visitor. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service ensures that both guests and property owners are well taken care of, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Shelby is our Marketing Consultant with an expertise in graphic design, social media strategy, and guest experiences. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Kentucky. During her day job, she works for an environmental company in the sales and marketing department where she develops training for customer success agents. She is no stranger to what customer engagement requires and loves getting to incorporate her knowledge into creating initiatives to support guests and ultimately provide the BEST experiences for them.
Shelby resides in Winchester, Kentucky with her husband Peyton and dog child, Penny. In her free time, Shelby enjoys refinishing furniture, tailgating for UK football games, traveling, devoting time to friends and family, and baking with her new journey with her sourdough starter.
She is thrilled to be a part of Experienced Stays and cannot wait for exciting innovation in the future!
